Directions

Step 1
Soak the Soybean for 6 hours.

Step 2
In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown

Step 3
Now, add chopped tomatoes , green chillis and saute well.

Step 4
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and soy bean with water, pressure cook upto 4 whistles.

Step 5
Serve hot. Enjoy your lip-smacking Soybean Dal with a serving of Brown Rice or Chapati!
